MUSC 3413 - RECORDING ARTS II This course, as a continuation of Recording Arts I, explores the engineering and producing practices and theories of the audio recording studio. The student will have hands-on experience with digital and analogue mixing consoles, multi-track recording, signal processing, and microphone placement. Attention will also be given to the concepts and practice of psychoacoustics in relation to quality audio recordings, audio mastering, critical listening and response, and studio session management.
