EDUC 8253 - SUPPORTING ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AND GOVERNANCE

This course presents principles and methods for supporting academic affairs and governance, including the nature and function of public, private, and faith-based institutions of higher education.   Emphasis is placed on the responsibilities of academic leaders as they promote curriculum and faculty development, scholarship, research, and innovation.
