OLED 8103 - ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

This course is an in-depth analysis of the theories and practices of organizational leadership.   Emphasis will be placed on organizational models, research related to the field, and leadership models as related to various types of organizations emphasizing non-profits.
