OLED 8113 - HIGHER EDUCATION LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND MANAGEMENT

This course is an examination of organizational leadership and managerial theories and practices to address critical issues facing of institutions of higher education in the 21st century, with a special emphasis on servant leadership.
