NURS 4212 - CARE OF THE CHILDBEARING FAMILY This course prepares the student to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for the childbearing family prior to and through pregnancy, labor and delivery, and post-partum care. The nurse’s role in health promotion and care during high risk situations are both considered.
