NURS 4323 - CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN NURSING

This course will enable the student to develop an understanding of a practical guide to negotiation and conflict resolution in nursing and the health care industry.  Students will explore strategies for team building, negotiation, conflict resolution and successful methods for integrating changes in the workplace.
