PMIN 4053 - STRATEGIC SERVICE IN FAMILY MINISTRY

Explore how advocacy and volunteerism play an important role in a young person’s spiritual development. Integrated models of student ministry, strategic service, outreach, and advocacy will be explored. Best-practice management of volunteer principles will be examined for the purpose of increasing recruitment, retention, and organizational commitment.
