SOWK 6063 - EVALUATION OF SOCIAL WORK PRACTICE Building on content acquired in “Methods of Social Work Research,” this course focuses on the evaluation of direct social work practices, processes, and outcomes at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels. Students will examine the implementation of single system and group designs to measure and evaluate client goals, progress, and interventions. Program evaluation methods will also be explored. The ethical implications, responsibilities, and limitations to using research to inform clinical practice and using practice to inform social work research will be explored.
