The courses and degree programs offered at a Southeastern University extension site in Virginia have been approved by the faculty and administration of Southeastern University. Southeastern is authorized in Virginia to offer the following programs of study: Associate of Arts in General Education (AA), Associate in Ministerial Leadership (AML), Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership (BSML) and Bachelor of Science in Business and Professional Leadership (BSBPL).
The Florida Department of Education has determined that Southeastern University is exempt from licensure pursuant to section 1005.06(c) of Florida Statutes. Southeastern is a private, not-for-profit university that operates under the jurisdiction of the Department of Education and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges of the to grant degrees at the associate, bachelor, masters, and doctoral levels.
Any credit earned for coursework completed at a Southeastern University extension site in Virginia may be transferred to another of the school’s locations outside of Virginia as part of an existing degree program offered by the school.
