The following applies to refunds for South Carolina residents who do not receive Title IV funds:
A full refund of monies paid by a student if a student withdraws from the university within seventy-two hours of enrollment/ until the expiration of the add/drop period (typically occurs within the first week of a semester), whichever is later.
A pro-rata refund will be made for a student that submits a written notice of withdrawal to the Admission Office or the Office of the Registrar after the add/drop deadlines as follows:
Refunds for a student attending the University for the first time will be made equal to the portion of the period of enrollment for which the student has been changed that remain on the last day of attendance.
