ELED 3333 - CHILDREN’S LITERATURE
This course is an investigation of genres in literature, with an emphasis on the use of developmentally appropriate curriculum practices and numerous award-winning childrens books and authors. Strategies for motivating students with diverse backgrounds to interact with literature are demonstrated. Culturally and instructionally diverse learning activities for the K-6 classroom are prepared.
