NURS 441L - COMMUNITY HEALTH AND POPULATION HEALTH CLINICAL
This course provides an opportunity to provide care to a group of patients, assessing needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating an appropriate intervention(s). Students also care for individual clients within a community setting, with particular attention to strategies to support patients as they transition from one level of care to another. This course is for the RN-to-BSN program only.
