CRIM 4103 - CORRECTIONS AND PUNISHMENT This course covers the changing relationship between the way our society is organized and how we handle criminal offenders. There is an emphasis on contemporary conditions and alternatives to traditional responses to crime. Topics covered include the prison environment, deterrence, rehabilitation, retribution, and system reform.
