LDRS 5153 - LEADERSHIP IN CONTEXT This course provides a study of the contextual considerations of leadership. Context may include such things as culture, socio-economic status, institutional, political, etc. When leadership decisions are being made in any organization, the contextual aspects of the environment must also be taken into account. More specifically, interaction between the leader and the follower will be analyzed, as well as the applicability of leadership theories such as situational leadership, leader-member exchange, and adaptive leadership.
