PLDR 1051 - CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

This course develops practical understanding relative to the Constitutional foundation of America. This course examines the structures of government that emerge from the United States Constitution. Major themes include: federalism, separation of powers, the role of the courts, the Bill of Rights, and Reconstruction.
