PMIN 5373 - HOLISTIC PASTORAL COUNSELING
This course is designed to give students basic preparation for the complex task of pastoral care and counseling. The focus is upon the pastor in the congregational setting. The course will emphasize a broader knowledge base for understanding and helping to solve the personal problems and religious perplexities of church members. Personality abnormalities, the role of the pastor as counselor, and professional referrals will be examined.
