OLED 8113 - HIGHER EDUCATION LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND MANAGEMENT

This course is an examination of organizational leadership and managerial theories and practices to address critical issues facing institutions of higher education in the 21 st century, with a special emphasis on servant leadership.
