SOWK 5073 - INTERVIEWING AND HELPING SKILLS
This generalist practice course facilitates the development of the interpersonal and communication skills that are foundational to each level of social work practice. Through the use of experiential learning activities including role-play, interactive exercises, and digitally recorded mock interviews students are prepared to use strengths-based strategies for engaging, communicating and developing collaborative partnerships with diverse clients and constituencies.
