PMIN 5063 - FAMILY MINISTRY LEADERSHIP This course is a study of ministry theory and practice examining leadership, group dynamics, and organizational structures as they apply to family ministry. Learners will assess the needs of families, family ministry models and leadership cultures and how to engage their transitory nature. Biblical, theological, and historical considerations will be addressed. This course contains a supervised ministry component.
