NURS 5023 - NURSING THEORY & RESEARCH

This course explores the scientific and philosophical foundations of nursing practice. Principles of theory development are applied toward critiquing theories from nursing and related fields. This course also focuses on quantitative and qualitative research designs, methods of appraisal, and research from the evidenced-based practice (EBP) paradigm.
