EDUC 7833 - ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

This course addresses the theories, concepts, and research in the field of organizational behavior. Students examine models and strategies used to develop and enhance the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations and the workplace. The course also explores topics such as communication, motivation, teams, decision making, ethics, conflict, negotiation, power, influence, and emotional intelligence.
