HUMS 6003 - HUMANITIES SEMINAR

Each directed study seminar will examine a key theme in humanities, evaluating core books and thinkers in the humanities. Students will engage in substantive readings, discussions, essay writing, and pedagogical engagement, for the purpose of both mastering and transmitting the Christian tradition in the humanities. Examples of set texts will include the Greek, Latin, and Hebrew literature; Early Church Fathers; Medieval Literature; Early Modern and Modern Literature in Theology, Philosophy, and History.
