EDUC 5443 - ETHICS IN SCHOOL LAW & FINANCE

This course introduces and examines the ethics of the school leader related to school law and finance. Constitutional and statutory law with an emphasis on school safety is emphasized. Managing the school’s fiscal resources in a responsible and ethical manner, engaging in effective budgeting, and decision-making are examined.
