LDRS 2223 - LEADERSHIP THEORY

This course focuses upon the development and challenges of effective leadership by reviewing influential writings and speeches, along with various leadership theories and philosophies. This includes adaptive, authentic, authoritarian, cross-cultural, democratic, ethical, Great Man Theory, servant, and transformational leadership, along with women in leadership and followership.
