LDRS 4113 - SERVANT LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

This course provides a broad overview of servant leadership principles, models, and philosophies. Students review theories and definitions of leadership connecting theory to practice. This course emphasizes the importance of self-discipline, humility, the art of being contemplative, and helping others grow.
