BIOT 2233 - OLD TESTAMENT HISTORY

An analysis of the history of Israel from the conquest of Canaan through the return from the Babylonian exilic period. Special attention is given to the importance of the prophetic movement within Israel, the impact of foreign cultures and powers on the nation, the Babylonian captivity, and the reconstruction of the Temple and Jerusalem after the exile.
