HIST 3353 - EMERGENCE OF MODERN AMERICA

This course is a study of the period 1877-1917 in American history. Topics include the effects of industrialization, the politics of the period, westward expansion, urbanization, the Social Gospel movement, Populism, the Spanish-American War, and Progressivism.
