KINS 4533 - CARE & PREVENTION OF INJURIES This course is designed to introduce students to entry level knowledge of sport related injuries. The course includes units that deal with the history of athletic training, basic anatomy of common injuries in athletics, evaluation procedures of such injuries, preventative measures to reduce the incidence of injuries and basic treatment and rehabilitation procedures that are used after an injury occurs.
