Mission
The Barnett College of Ministry and Theology exists to prepare women and men for a lifetime of effective ministry, evidenced by a foundational biblical perspective, practical theology for the 21st-century context, best practices for effective ministry, and an accurate understanding of church history.
In the embattled landscape for the soul of ministry development and education, SEU’s Barnett College leans in with a lens of redemption. This lens seeks to deploy students into ministry contexts who are well equipped and who are focused on seeing the redemptive and final work of Jesus Christ at work in their ministry assignment.
