Bachelor of Arts in English and Intercultural Studies

The English and Intercultural Studies major seeks to provide students with a basic foundation for teaching English overseas and ministering in diverse cultures. Intensive study in English and Intercultural Studies develops a broad understanding of educational and social issues from a Christian perspective. The program assists students in developing a worldview, cultural understanding, and approach to life based on biblical Christianity. It facilitates students’ growth in thinking, communication, and research skills, and prepares students for graduate studies in both disciplines.
