The Associate of Arts in Organizational Leadership is a dual enrollment program available at sites with an articulation agreement with SEU. The degree equips graduates with the fundamental skills and knowledge to become a great leader - one who can communicate a vision, build an effective team and take an organization where it needs to go, as well as offering a broad general liberal-arts education. This program serves as a foundation of the Bachelor of Science degree.
