NURS 314L - MEDICAL-SURGICAL NURSING I CLINICAL This course provides opportunities for students to develop beginning level competence in caring for patients with simple to intermediate chronic medical-surgical needs. Students spend 30 hours in the simulation laboratory developing skills specific to medical-surgical nursing and 105 hours in direct patient care.
