NURS 431L - COMMUNITY NURSING AND CARE OF THE AGGREGATE CLINICAL This course provides an opportunity to provide care to a group of patients, assessing their needs, and developing, implementing, and evaluating an appropriate intervention(s). Students also care for individual clients within a community setting with particular attention to strategies to support patients as they transition from one level of care to another.
