FACT 5404 - FORENSIC ACCOUNTING: USING DATA AS EVIDENCE This course prepares students to analyze evidence. Students focus on the role and purpose of data analysis in a forensic accounting engagement. The threshold of sufficient relevant data and key elements of the data analysis task are examined, and data sources, data limitations, and methods of data collection are reviewed. The application of data collection methodologies is explored. This course concludes with an introduction to digital forensics.
