PSYC 3073 - GROUP DYNAMICS IN THE WORKPLACE

This course explores concepts and theories related to group dynamics and small group processes as they related to organizations. Topics include leadership, decision‐making, stages of group development, group structure, group communication, team building, conflict resolution, and the intra-and inter-personal dynamics within small groups.
