PSYC 4523 - PERSONNEL PSYCHOLOGY

This course explores concepts and theories related to personnel psychology, which encompasses all aspects of personnel management from the time the employee is recruited through the end of their work with the organization. Topics included are workforce planning, recruitment, selection, placement, training, promotion, evaluation, retention, and counseling of employees.
