PMIN 5021 - RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE III

This graduate-level course explores relational intelligence from a Christ-centered perspective. It provides a framework for building healthy, God-honoring relationships in various arenas of life including ministry and leadership. There is emphasis on self-awareness and social awareness, developing conversational skills, learning to ask questions, listen attentively, and remain fully present. Students will be introduced to effective practices for growing in empathy, likeability, conflict management skills, and learn how to set healthy relational boundaries. This course complements the content in PMIN 5001 and 5011.
