NURS 5073 - ADVANCED LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

This course is designed for the advanced practice nurse to synthesize knowledge and leadership skills that will result in practice and/or policy change at the local, state, federal or national levels. Ethical and legal concerns related to the nursing leadership role are explored while applying organizational theories within a framework of systems thinking.
