EDUC 6913 - HIGHER EDUCATION LAW

This course will focus on the laws and policies that affect the national governance of higher education. Students will be introduced to constitutional law, federal statutes, state statutes, case law, and administrative law. Students will explore major legal issues that are prevalent on many American campuses, including Title IX, diversity, and campus free speech.
