KINS 6223 - HEALTH AND WELLNESS This course is an overview of health promotion, wellness, and disease prevention concepts as applied to individual, familial, and community health. Students will be introduced to the importance of overall wellness, exercise physiology, and health education. This course also explores the correlation of nutrition and fitness on the development of wellness-based training programs.
