NURS 5043 - CURRICULUM DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

This course examines the development of curricula in nursing education, focusing on the methods of curriculum development and improvement processes in a variety of settings. The relationship of nursing curriculum to the parent institution’s mission and philosophy is analyzed. Students will also explore methods of curriculum design, examine curricular frameworks, and apply best practices to curricular evaluation.
