CRJA 5003 - CJ ADMINISTRATION & LEADERSHIP This course provides students with an in-depth understanding of public administration within the criminal justice field. Administrative functions such as organization, strategic planning, budgeting, and determining and implementing policies and procedures are examined. Students will be provided with the tools to evaluate policies and make informed decisions as managers and leaders within the criminal justice system.
