CRJA 5033 - LEGAL ISSUES IN CJ ADMINISTRATION

This course examines current and frequently discussed legal topics in the United States as they pertain to the criminal justice system. Case law and legislation at the state and federal levels will be evaluated on their impact on criminal justice agencies, those working within the criminal justice field and within the society they serve.
