ARTV 5603 - SIGHT, SOUND, MOTION

Students will obtain the advanced/professional level knowledge and skill set needed to explore issues of film & broadcasting industry. This course will introduce complex creative principles and applications of Visual Effects, Motion Design/Graphics as it pertains to current and future innovative trends in the film and broadcasting industries. Students will learn industry-standard processes and practices to be prepared for a leadership and advanced position in the entertainment, Motion Pictures, and Broadcasting industry. This includes, but is not limited to Aesthetic, Conceptual, Critical and Pragmatic Action plan such as, creative brief, pitches/proposals, conceptual summaries, storyboards, inspiration boards, reference materials, sound design, editing, and final broadcast deliverables.
