KINS 4503 - DESIGN OF FITNESS & WEIGHT TRAINING In this course students will obtain detailed knowledge of the essentials of exercise science in order to design appropriate, effective, and safe long-term exercise programs.
This course provides each student with the opportunity to design a fitness program for a specific sport or training goal. At the end of the semester, the student will have a personal fitness manual for their specific sport or training goal that they created through personal research.
