A student desiring to declare a major in mathematics must first complete the Pre-Mathematics core courses with a “C” or better, and must select the Pre-Mathematics Program for freshmen and sophomores until these courses have been successfully completed. MATH-2144 also counts as a General Education Mathematics Requirement.
