Program Description
The Master of Science in Leadership: Non-Profit Leadership, provides learning experiences for the application of leadership practices in a non-profit organizational context. Students choosing this degree intend to be practitioners desiring to advance in their careers. This major takes a holistic approach and provides a core foundation in leadership skills, and additionally, helps gain an understanding in non-profit leadership by selecting classes from leading brand creation, and coaching mentoring & consulting. Students not only experience immediate impact by learning valuable soft-skills in leadership in their current position but are also prepared to step into their next higher-level position.
