Program Description
Missional Leadership promotes the development of practical ministry skills and lays the foundations for success in the business aspects of leadership within a faith-based or non-profit organization. The SEU MBA requires active employment throughout the program to provide essential real-world context for its advanced, case-study-driven curriculum. International students fulfill this mandatory practical application through Curricular Practical Training (CPT), which integrates theoretical knowledge with professional practice. Students without employment must secure a formal semesterly exception to receive alternate academic assignments.
