Program Description
The MBA in Self-Governing Enterprise equips leaders to design and manage organizations that operate with clarity, purpose, and measurable results. Grounded in the Quantified Systemic Understanding (QSU) framework, the program integrates financial strategy, operational decision-making, and organizational leadership into a unified approach to enterprise effectiveness. Students develop competencies across accounting, finance, economics, marketing, negotiation, risk management, and business analytics, learning to evaluate systems, optimize performance, and make data-informed strategic decisions. Through case studies and applied analysis, they learn how operational, organizational, and financial strategies work together to create resilient, values-driven, self-governing enterprises. The program culminates in a capstone experience where students apply QSU to complex business challenges, producing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Graduates emerge prepared to lead with integrity, steward organizational resources wisely, and drive sustainable growth in dynamic business environments.
