Program Description
The Master of Science in Leadership: Organizational Leadership, provides learning experiences for the application of leadership practices in various contexts. Students choosing this degree intend to be practitioners desiring to advance in their careers. This major takes a holistic approach and provides a core foundation in leadership skills, and additionally, helps gain an understanding of organizational leadership by selecting classes from coaching mentoring & consulting, Negotiation & conflict management. Students not only experience immediate impact by learning valuable soft-skills in leadership in their current position but are also prepared to step into their next higher-level position.
